Service Dogs and aggression, inappropriate behavior and other problems

A Service Dog can never be aggressive with a person, dog or any other animal. There behavior in all instances must be appropriate for a dog that is allowed into public places. The dog must not smell people, other dogs or act up. The dog can not get up and go where they want to when they want to. The dog must be under control at all times by the owner. A Service Dog is considered a piece of equipment such as a wheel chair or braces.
